Our objective was to aid in making home-based rehabilitation more accessible by assisting in the development of a non-intrusive monitoring system to assist patients recovering from neurological disorders. The goal was to enable remote monitoring of patients’ progress, providing real-time feedback to healthcare professionals and empowering patients to take control of their rehabilitation journey.
Implementation
Our sensors, discreetly integrated into rehabilitation equipment and home furnishings, enable continuous monitoring of patients’ movements, muscle activity, and rehabilitation progress. Using cutting-edge motion detection technology, these sensors track patients’ range of motion, muscle strength, and functional capacity, facilitating personalised rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient’s needs.
